Homemade Peanut Punch

Peanut punch is a caribbean drink that tastes fantastic, but is made with milk which is decisively un-vegan and therefore unsuitable for consumption. Here's how you can make your own peanut punch from scratch. All you'll need is a blender.

Pay attention that you'll get very little peanut punch out for the amount of peanut butter that goes in. I haven't figured out where on earth the peanut butter even goes! Perhaps peanut butter is mostly air, and the volume shrinks dramatically when blended together..

Note: Peanut Punch has an emormous amount of protein in it so I wouldn't recommend drinking this if you are trying to lose weight. It works perfectly for skinny twigs like me, though.

Instructions

  1. Put ice into blender (This is optional, it makes it cold)
  2. Put three spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of the ice
  3. 200 ml Almond milk - enough to fill bottom of blender
  4. Syrup to make it sweet. Maple syrup works fine, but any will do.
  5. Optional: Add banana
  6. Optional: Add oats
